3M™ Supplied Air Respirator Vortex Cooling Assembly V-100

This supplied air respirator assembly, when used with approved breathing tube and headgear, can help regulate the flow and temperature of supplied air system. Cools the air up to 50°F (28°C). Includes the cooling tube, waist belt and holder.

3M Supplied air respirators require a source of clean breathing air such as plant air systems or bottled air. This clean, breathable air can be delivered to hoods, helmets, full facepieces, half facepieces and loose fitting facepieces. Supplied air respirators offer many features over traditional respiratory protection, such as cooling or heating incoming air; fit testing only required for tight fitting facepieces; and low maintenance. Complete systems include a supplied air hose, an air regulating valve, a breathing tube, and a helmet, hood, or other facepiece. Potential benefits include:

The 3M™ Versaflo™ Air Regulating Valve Assembly allows the worker to set the airflow to the most comfortable level.

3M™ Supplied Air Hose W-2929-25, 25 ft

Can be used on 3M™ High Pressure Compressed Air Systems. It has a 3/8 inch inner diameter and is equipped with MPT on both ends to accept 1/4 inch FPT fittings. Coiled hoses should be used in single length only. They cannot be combined.

The hoses are available in different lengths and they provide high quality connections to all 3M components. Headgear, breathing tube, air control valve, and compressed air supply hose are requried parts in a NIOSH-approved system.

This hose is 25 feet long and has a 3/8 inch inner diameter. It is equipped with MPT fittings at both ends and accepts 1/4 inch FPT fittings. You may not combine 25 or 50 foot lengths of the 3M™ Supplied Air Hose W-9435.

This hose is 50 feet long and has a 3/8 inch inner diameter. It’s equipped with MPT fittings at both ends and accepts 1/4 inch FPT fittings. You may not combine 25 or 50 foot lengths of the 3M™ Supplied Air Hose W-9435.

This hose is 100 feet long and has a 3/8 inch inner diameter. It is equipped with MPT fittings at both ends and accepts 1/4 inch FPT fittings. 3M™ Supplied Air System approvals allow for 100 foot lengths of this hose to be combined up to a maximum of 300 feet. (3 sections)

3M™ Compressed Air Filter and Regulator Panel W-2806

This panel is designed to filter and regulate air being delivered to the supplied air respirator. It has a maximum capacity of 50 cfm at 105 psig. Note: This unit will NOT remove carbon monoxide (CO) from compressed air source.

The 3M™ Aircare™ Filtration Unit three stage filtration system supplies highest quality air to the Supplied Air Respirator System and compressed air tools, by removing water and oil aerosols, particulates and odours from the facility supplied compressed air.
