6001 Organic Vapour Cartridge
- Used with Half and Full Face Piece Respirator with bayonet style cartridge holders.
- Protects against certain organic vapors at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with Half Face Pieces or 50 times PEL with full Face Pieces.
- Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH).

6002 (Acid Gas Cartridge)
These 6002 Acid Gas Respirator Cartridges are used with Half and Full Face pieces 6000 and 7000 Series Respirators that support bayonet style cartridge holders. Acid Gas Respirator Cartridges are used in a variety of workplace applications including: petrochemical, chemical manufacturing, glass-etching, construction, pulp and paper and in laboratories. When properly fitted these cartridges help to provide respiratory protection from Chlorine, Hydrogen Chloride, Sulfur Dioxide, or Chlorine Dioxide, or Hydrogen Sulfide (escape only) at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half mask respirators or 50 times PEL with full face respirators.
`Full facepieces must be quantitatively fit tested to claim an assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode. Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH). NIOSH Approved. 2 Cartridges per package. 30 Packages per case. Sold by the package. Respirators sold separately.
3M 6004 (Ammonia Methylamine Cartridge)
NIOSH approved against ammonia and methylamine.
· Use with Half and Full Facepieces 6000 Series and Half and Full Facepieces 7000 Series with bayonet style cartridge holders
· Use in a variety of applications including agriculture, chemical manufacturing, laboratories and the food industry
· When properly fitted, helps provide respiratory protection from ammonia and methylamine at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times PEL with full facepieces
· Full facepieces must be quantitatively fit tested to claim assigned protection factor above 10 in negative pressure mode

3M 6006 (Multigas Cartridge)
The 3M 6006 Multi-gas / Vapor Cartridge is NIOSH approved against certain organic vapors, acid gases, ammonia, methylamine or formaldehyde
502 Filter Adapter
Use to attach 2000 Series Filters and the 7093 Particulate Filter to Full and Half Face piece Respirators. Fits 6000 Series Cartridges.
Please note that no adapter is required to attach the filters directly to the respirator, only if used in conjunction with a chemical cartridge.
The Filter Adapter 502 is used to attach disc style Particulate Filters to 3M half face and full face respirators when used in addition to a 3M Respirator cartridge
7093 P100 Respirator Filter
The 3M 7093 P100 Particulate Filters are NIOSH approved for protection against solid and liquid particles – including those that contain oil.
P100 respirators filters are NIOSH certified to have filter efficiency level of 99.7% or greater against oil and non-oil based particulates.
When properly fitted, use in a variety of applications including welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, soldering, and exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces or 50 times PEL with full facepieces.
2091 P100 Filter
The 3M 2091 P100 Particulate Filters are NIOSH approved for protection against solid and liquid particles – including those that contain oil.
P100 respirators filters are NIOSH certified to have filter efficiency level of 99.7% or greater against oil and non-oil based particulates.
The 3M 2091 respirator filter can be used only with 3M respirators, including the 3M 6000 and 7000 series facepieces. May also be used in addition to a 3M respirator cartridge when attached with a 3M 502 adapter.
5N11 N95 Respirator Filters
The 3M 5N11 N95 Particulate Filters are NIOSH approved for protection against solid and liquid particles – not including those that contain oil.
N95 respirators filters are NIOSH certified to have filter efficiency level of 95% or greater against non-oil based particulates.
The 3M 5N11 respirator filter can be used only with 3M respirators, including the 3M 6000 and 7000 series respirator facepieces. May also be used in addition to a 3M respirator cartridge when attached with a 3M 501 filter retainer.
