Face Shield with ratchet head-band
comprises of Light weight polymer Head band with provision for swivel movement of the face shield. The Visor is made up of Poly Carbonate with 100 % optical clarity mounted on plastic bracket. Polycarbonate possesses good dimensional stability with a high impact strength which is maintained over a wide temperature range. Face Shield Visor is of 1.5mm thickness. Visor comes in size of 8″ x 15.5 x 0.04” which gives maximum safety. The Visor is replaceable and hence economical. The Brackets come in Universal sizing arrangement which can fit on any head size. Compliance CE & ANSI certification codes would be printed on the visor & brow guard.
